HR Intern (female)
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern (Female) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn Human Resources operations and support daily HR activities in a professional environment.
What you’ll do:
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Help in attendance tracking, documentation, and HR reports.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Stay updated with basic HR practices and contribute new ideas to improve HR processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and office environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a team and handle tasks responsibly.
