What you’ll do:

  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Help in attendance tracking, documentation, and HR reports.
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.
  • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Stay updated with basic HR practices and contribute new ideas to improve HR processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and office environment.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a team and handle tasks responsibly.
  • Fresh graduates or interns are highly encouraged to apply.
